Speaker / Mentor / Cultural Observer
Andrew joined Round Table in Chelmsford (132) in 1975. He also served in Lutterworth and Wellingborough, and was the founder chairman of Calpe and District 41 Club in Spain. He has 3 times chaired 3 the outstanding Iberian Cluster weekends. He is an international corporate executive with a high reputation for leading change in a multi-cultural environment. Following graduation (in Business Administration) he worked in the international travel industry followed by 20 years in senior positions in in the Automobile Association. He is widely travelled. He now shares his observations on cultural diversity and European culture as a Keynote Speaker, Executive Mentor and Strategic Consultant. He is an amusing and engaging speaker, and a regular guest speaker for small ship premium cruise lines.
As a speaker, his focus is on Travelers' Tales - The history of travel and exploration; the resulting cultural blend; the celebrities, intellectuals and ordinary people involved - and their effects on the world today.
Andrew is the author of “Under Latin Skies” the tale of the couple’s first foray into life in a Latin culture.
Andrew is also a Lords’ Taverner and a Freeman of the City of London.
